The Torquay Improvement Association is the oldest community organisation in Torquay, having formed in 1889.
Torquay Improvement Association has four multipurpose spaces and one meeting room available for hire – perfect for classes, presentations, conferences, meetings, lectures, seminars, workshops and exhibitions. The rooms are both spacious and private and can be hired individually or combined for larger functions.
